Due to the nature of our product, be advised that some details shown in the mock-up will not show completely on the product material. The material is porous for adequate airflow, and therefore creates holes in the image. The agreed upon mock-up will otherwise be printed exactly as shown. Custom orders are NOT REFUNDABLE.
