Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within [1–3 business days]. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time. We will contact you if we need more information to complete your order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@landmcustomgraphics.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges when an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us at sales@landmcustomgraphics.com with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will review the situation and work with you and the shipping carrier to find an appropriate solution.

Please report damaged or incorrect orders within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and may require additional processing time. Production begins after all required information and artwork approvals have been received.
