Order Cancellation Policy

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at sales@landmcustomgraphics.com and include your order number.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not started and the order has not shipped.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the design has been approved or production has begun. Any design fees already charged are nonrefundable.

Please carefully review all spelling, measurements, colors, vehicle information and artwork before approving your custom design.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Eligible, non-custom products may be returned according to our 30-day Return and Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. We will confirm by email whether your cancellation was approved.
